When it comes to deep snow--as in snorkel required, over-the-shoulder deep--there's nothing on the planet like the fabled trees of Japan. A collaboration with The House of Powder, buried deep in JaPOW, the DC HR Snowboard is a floaty weapon of levitation. This board keeps its speed across flats, turning dead zones into viable play areas, and gets up to speed like it's on hardpack. The S-Camber profile starts flat at the wide nose, transitioning to traditional camber for control towards the tail. This, combined with a medium flex and an ultra-fast sintered base, put the HR on the short list of heavy hitting pow boards.
